This enhancement provides a secure method of submission and removes the need to email or fax insurance claim documents. When you upload directly through your online account, we immediately receive your documents without delay.

It’s easy to take advantage of this faster way to submit claim documents.

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Click Upload Claim Documents
  3. Select employer
  4. Select employee for whom you want to upload documentation and click search
  5. Select Upload Documentation

And, when your employees set up text or email alerts, they’ll receive a confirmation that their claim has been received.
